If something should happen to the bird/animal within the first four days, after you bring it home, you must have a vet determine the cause of death if you feel it was an illness, not an accident. There is no warranty expressed or implied for training, behavior problems, or allergies- either for the bird/animal or for the purchaser of the bird/animal. There is no warranty for respiratory or bacterial infections, problems related to hand feeding by the new owner (we do not sell unweaned animals/birds), or sudden unexplained death. the warranty on birds/animals applies to the original purchaser only. Rhonda’s Aviary guarantees all birds/animals are in good health and disease free.
